Police continue to investigate a home invasion in which the residents reported the theft of more than $100,000 worth of jewelry.


Jewelry pouch taken from room

A Cedartown woman reported a pouch that held jewelry valued at $1,850 went missing from Comfort Inn, 255 North Ave., while she stayed there between 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Thursday, Athens-Clarke police said.
